Elements For Life ships all orders the same day with Australia Post from Melbourne. Please refer to the Australia Post website for shipping times. There currently may be some small delays due to the COVID-19 restrictions.

 

Returns

Elements For Life will provide returns and will offer a refund or replacement only if:

 

• The return is made within 14 days of the receivership
• You have proof of purchase
• Unless an item is faulty you cannot exchange or return an item more than ONCE.
• If an item is not faulty Elements For Life retains the rights to reject the return which is subject to the company discretion.
